Management Board

The Management Team is day to day responsible for the operations of Teleena. Members are:

Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board consists of two active investors in Teleena, advising the Management Board on strategic subjects:

Marc van der Heijden

Marc is an icon in telecom. He co-founded Versatel Telecom International N.V. in 1995 and was Member of the Executive Board until 2006 when Versatel was acquired by Tele2.

But already before Versatel, Marc was well-respected in the telecom market. He advised the European Commission on regulation of competition in media and telecommunications and on Green papers and Directives in the field of telecommunication liberalisation. Marc published many articles for trade journals, newspapers and legal publications on media, telecommunications and space technology.

Marc studied Air and Space Law, Telecommunications Law and Intellectual Property Law in Amsterdam, Leiden and Utrecht. He holds a degree in Law from the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam.

Emile de Boer

Emile was co-founder of ICE Enterprise Solutions in 1998. Until 2006 he acted as Director and CFO of the group and managed various large scale IT projects in Europe and the USA.

Since 2007 Emile is informal investor with a specific interest in Telecommunications, Software and Hightech companies. Emile invested in Teleena in 2007 and became Board Member in 2008.

Emile studied Business and IT at Twente University and acquired his masters degree in 1992.
